Dr. João Fonseca is a Dental Surgeon who graduated in Dental Medicine from ISCSEM (2005). He completed a Post-Graduate Program in Implantology at CEOSA (2006) and earned the title of Academic Expert in Advanced Dental Sciences of Occlusion from Danube University in Vienna (2008).
Throughout his career, he has delivered numerous lectures at national and international congresses and is the author and co-author of several scientific posters. From 2012 to 2019, he was an invited lecturer in courses and scientific meetings focused on Occlusion and Oral Rehabilitation.
He served as a Professor in the Post-Graduate Program in Advanced Biomimetic Oral Rehabilitation at EGAS MONIZ CRL (Lisbon, 2013–2014) and has continued teaching the same program at CESPU (Porto) since 2014. In 2014, he was awarded the Saúde Oral Dental Prize.
Dr. Fonseca is the founder of Biomimetic Dentistry Portugal (2013) and co-founder of the Portuguese Society of Digital Dentistry – SPMD2 (2019). From 2014 to 2022, he served as an International Opinion Leader for Ivoclar Vivadent and was a member of the Scientific Board of the Dental Esthetics Society (2015–2017).
In 2019, he created the Digital4all brand and has been the Manager and CEO of Digital4all in Portugal since 2020. He is also the Manager and CEO of Tomardente Lda, a private dental practice.
